UptownPet only accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with UptownPet. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and the phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card statement will display the business name Judy Lindsay Fine Jewelry instead of Uptown Pet. Uptown Pet does not charge an additional fee for shipping, handling, or taxes. All prices include shipping and taxes.

Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. You represent and warrant that (I) the credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. UptownPet reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

UptownPet reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without any notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $300.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Return Policies

Currently, UptownPet.com does not offer any refunds at this time. You may exchange products to UptownPet for replacement in the following manner: Exchanges to UptownPet must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other Carrier that issues a tracking number.

Shipping Policy

Restrictions: Please be advised that all UptownPet shipments: (1) will not be shipped out of our warehouse or delivered to you on Sunday; and (2) will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions; and (3) are subject to stock availability; and (4) cannot be guaranteed as to estimated date of delivery (nor can UptownPet be responsible for any delays in estimated arrival of such shipments).
